A large sunny room is available. Shared areas include a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining area, and balcony!
Located in the Town and Country condo complex behind Clemson and Bro's. The apartment is within walking distance of Water Street Market and a 5-minute drive to the SUNY New Paltz campus.
$850 per month (not including: WiFi and electricity)

The apartment is fully furnished; the room has a twin-size bed and a four-drawer chest, however, you're welcome to add furniture to your bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc. but bringing your own set of dishes is recommended but not necessary.
