looking for a roommate for fall 2022

I have looked into a few places but have not settled on one til I find a roommate! I am a 24F grad student (prefer Fem roommates) going into my first year for the fall. My budget is around 600-700 per room. Im open to places that require having a car. I will be studying a lot- so not a party house please! I would prefer to limit apartment size to 2-4 rooms/roommates as I have already scouted a few places out.
