Looking for a fourth roommate

Hello,
We are a group of three female college students (junior/senior), looking for a fourth roommate.
We are looking for another college student who is clean and kind and ideally willing to sign a one-year lease. We have apartments in mind, which are close walking distance to campus.
This is for the next academic year, '21-'22.
