Undergrad Looking for off campus House (Rent between $450-$600)

I'm a female, undergraduate student, going into my junior year. I'm in the process of transferring schools and I'm considering attending New Paltz for the 2020-2021 school year. I'm looking for an off campus living space that suits my budget, which is between $450-$600 a month for rent. I am very neat, quiet, clean and don't get in the way.
