Minutes from the Metro North train station. Close proximity and easy drive to New Paltz, SUNY Campus, Poughkeepsie, Port Ewen and Kingston. Recent kitchen upgrade with new cabinets, stove and sink. 3 bedrooms, large living room, one bathroom and large eat in kitchen. The apartment is unfurnished and is $850 PER ROOM, PER STUDENT. So total rent would be $2,550.  Includes utilities. Move in consists of 1st month's rent, last month's rent and security deposit. There are no laundry facilities and is off street parking only but there is a large public parking lot and laundromat barely a block from the apartment.
