Female students only, preferable grad students, who are mature, clean and responsible. Rent is $725- $675 a month, lease is month to month, two months' security required. Rent includes utilities, a/c, washer / dryer, WIFI and snow removal.  Roommates are clean, respectful, and responsible students who are not partiers. House is situated in a quiet residential area, parking available, and located in Village. It's approx. a 15 - 20-minute walk to campus.
