Looking for roommmate beginning June 1

I am looking for one roommate beginning June 1, preferably female. The apartment is 4 miles from campus, about a 10 minute drive. There is plenty of parking and a large yard. I live here currently and would like to renew my lease but my current roommate will be leaving. I have one cat, she's very sweet and shy. I am 23 and will be starting my masters in the fall. the rent will be $675 and utilities are usually about $50 a month. The ideal person would be fairly quiet, responsible and fun.
