We are looking for a female student, preferably grad student who is mature, clean and responsible. Rent is $650-$725 a month, lease is month to month for Spring 2019 (January – May), two months' security required. Rent includes utilities, A/C, washer/dryer, WIFI and snow removal.  Roommates are clean, respectful, and responsible students who are not partiers. House is situated in a quiet residential area, has parking, and located in Village. It's approx. a 15 - 20-minute walk to campus. House is a nice, quiet place to live and study – NOT A PARTY HOUSE.
