There is an additional ground-floor bedroom with its own entrance that can be used as an optional fourth bedroom, or as a secondary common space. There is also a pool, which will be open from June-September, as well as ample room on the property for gardening, as the property is entirely deer-fenced in. Pet friendly. The house will be rented unfurnished or partially furnished depending on tenants' preference.

This is a shared property and the rental price reflects that. We, the owners, and our dog will be occasionally on the property in the pool house 20 yards behind the main house.
