Iso place to rent for 2018-2019 year

Hi! I am looking for a place to live for the 2018-2019 academic year. Im looking for somewhere close to campus (less than a mile), my own private room, all utilities included and parking on the premises. My max budget is $600 per month.
If you are looking for a roommate also, i am clean, mature, and quiet. I usually keep to myself and do my own thing.  i also dont smoke and dont own pets. And i dont care if you have pets or smoke.
