Looking for one female roommate

I am looking for one female roommate (I'm female). I currently live in a one bedroom and would like to find a 2 bedroom but would like to have a roommate to sign with. I am a part time student. I graduated last year but am still taking classes to explore my options. I work full time as well. I am looking for a place that is pet friendly. I'm pretty quiet and chill. When I'm not working I like hanging out, board games, hiking, and generally being outside. I would like to spend under $850/ month after utilities.
