Looking to sublet my room this summer. It's one of the bigger rooms in a two bath, two kitchen house with a back porch. There are 7 other rooms in the house and many are opening up so you could live with friends. The room comes furnished with a desk, queen size bed, dresser, lamp, and large love-seat.

The room is available starting May 31st and the lease runs until August 25th with the possibility to renew.

Rent is $600 a month
all utilities (water, garbage, wifi, electricity, etc.) included with a one month security deposit.
short walk from the rail trail, trailways bus station, campus and downtown.


I'm preferably looking for a student or a recent graduate.
