Transfering Couple looking for a one bedroom apartment!

Hello!
We are a couple of five years, we're both planning to transfer to SUNY New Paltz in the fall of 2018. I'm a photographer and my boyfriend is a rock climber, we both love New Paltz and are excited to find a place! We would love to stay between $700-$1100 total for rent each month and are looking for a one-bedroom. Preferred move in would be July or August but we are flexible if we find the right fit! No earlier than Late May move in. We do not mind commuting but would like to stay on this side of the Hudson so not Poughkeepsie or surrounding area. We like Gardiner but are really flexible.
