Looking for a two bedroom apartment for Fall 2012

My friend and I are looking to rent an apartment or house together in the fall of 2012.  Preferably two bedrooms, and the price is still negotiable.  If necessary we can also add in a third roommate.  We wanted to get started early on our search, so please let us know if you have anything that will be available!
