  We are both students in New Paltz, Looking for a nice 1br apartment( 2br might be also ok) or studio. We would like a quite and clean space, with separate kitchen and bathroom. For the distance,we have a car, so driving 5-10 minutes from the campus is ok. We can move there from July 1st or August 1st.
