We have a large loft room share house opening up June 1, 2016. This room accommodates two people for $425 per person, but it can be rented by one person for $850.

This house features a Big Back Yard, Two Decks, Bamboo Wood Floors, Natural Stone Bathroom/Kitchen, Kitchen Island, Furnished Living Room and Dining Room... This is newly renovated house about 2 miles from rom campus. 

The loft bedroom includes 2 desks, 2 closets, 4 sets of shelves, a sitting area, 2 window seats, with storage underneath, 4 windows, 3 skylights and tons of natural light. 

Looking for Quiet, Mature and Clean Students - We are not Partiers.

Pets are ok, but it costs $50/month to have a well behaved pet and also a pet security, which is refunded so long as there aren't any damages...

Available June 1. One year lease only.

Includes Garbage, Water and Lawn Care  You would be responsible for electric and heat which add up to about $50-$60/month.
