All I have that's changing hands a is a 5 BR apt on the second floor ($640/r/m), 4 single rooms on the second floor ($595/r/m) and 4 vacancies in a 5BR apt on the third floor ($575-$595/r/m) In every case everything is included in the rent except wifi/cable. Free off street parking. I will wait for loans to come in if that helps. 75' to campus, 2 blocks to downtown.
