and household/pet support assistance  in exchange for EXCELLENT Partial Boarding package.
Private room(comes with twin bed if wanted no extra charge) kitchenette,furnished shared living space(with tv), half of a walk in closet all located on the lower level of the home. Personal bathroom with laundry access and property use
access, close to the Wallkill rail Trail. $650-700 monthly include board,
all utilities,WiFi, cable, snow removal, garbage removal and laundry use in exchange for 10 weekly hours of teen
supervision and dog support. Available January with a  commitment through June and beyond if desired.
