Young, clean, professional couple and lovely cat looking for new home.  We have outgrown our one bedroom apartment and are looking for something bigger -- additional bedrooms and/or garage or basement space.  We are a musician and handyman couple both with full time day jobs.  We are looking for a space that would allow us to pursue our hobbies.  Always respectful of neighbors -- only make loud noise at reasonable hours.  Budget is approximately $1200-1400, factoring in utility costs.  Village rental preferred but outside of town is good too.  References upon request.  Please email kvidur3892@gmail.com for any leads.  Thank you!
