Hi,

I am seeking an easy-going, compatible housemate (any gender) to rent a bedroom in beautiful home in a rural location.  Available now.  Once rented there will be only two full-time occupants - yourself and myself. 

Modern kitchen and house is in excellent condition. It has a large bathroom with both shower stall and bathtub, the kitchen is huge with tons of cabinets and a dishwasher.

Heat and HW is included but electricity and cable/internet is shared. There is no washer but a new dryer is available for use. No pets, sorry.

I would also consider a housemate that is only here part-time and would reduce rent for a weekend commuter.
