2 Rooms Available for Female Students in a Furnished House

We are looking for female students who are responsible, friendly, and clean.  If you don't hurry up and call, you won't be able to room with us.  You only have a few weeks to arrange your housing in New Paltz before school starts.  We are in the best location in town, only 1-1/2 blocks from the campus.  It's a 2-story, 5-bedroom house, all renovated and completely furnished with 2 bathrooms--1 upstairs and 1 downstairs.  There is a beautiful year-round sunroom in the back of the house.  It's comfortably furnished with a free washer and dryer.  You will have your own private bedroom and share all the common areas.
The rent is $625-650 + utilities but, please, no smoking and no pets of any kind.  There are 2 large porches--1 in front and 1 in back--and a large back yard.  The Loop Bus runs on rte.208, passing our house on the way to Main Street, then up to the grocery stores (Stop and Shop and ShopRite) and back.  You can take Trailways on Main Street to New York City and back.  Please call for more information, but don't wait too long; we only have 2 rooms left.
