1 room in a 2br apartment available at The Ridge across the street from campus

My current roommate is looking to move out at the end of the semester and I am looking for another girl to fill her room. Sublet would be starting June or July and the lease renews August 1st.

I am a senior girl at SUNY New Paltz majoring in media production and minoring in music. I also have a part time job so if I'm not in class I'll often be there. Ill be honest, I hate washing dishes but thats why I chose to live in a place with a dishwasher. On the other hand, I love having a clean apartment so I can have people over, so I'm pretty tidy.

Now down to  the business end of things. Rent is $1400/month for us to split. So $700 each. Electric bill is about $120/month for us to split. Water/sewer is about $25 every 3 months. Internet is about $20 each per month. We have cable accessibility but I'd rather just use Netflix and save the money. Garbage pickup and parking are free!

The apartment is 2 bedroom 1 bath. Full kitchen with gas stove, microwave, and dish washer. Spacious living room (which I have mostly furnished). A nice dining area off the kitchen. A little balcony where you can sit outside, dink wine, and pretend to be some sort of adult or something.  And sweet lawd do we have closets! There are 2 in each bedroom, additionally 1 utility closet, 1 coat closet, and 1 extra that is just used for recycling. Located stupid close to campus. Literally closer than some dorms. The ridge is a really nice complex. There are several nice families around us so this really isn't a party place, though having a few friends over to chill is totally cool. No smoking is allowed and no pets (although I'd get a dog in a heartbeat). There is parking right in front of the building. The landscaping is taken care of all throughout the season and they have guys plow and shovel the parking lot and sidewalks in the winter.
