I have one large room (big enough for two people) for rent this June and July. It is located inside the Orchard Heights apartment complex which is off of church street, close to the Bakery and front street. 5 minute walk to downtown bars and restaurants, about ten minutes walking to the SUNY campus.
It is a two-story apartment that you'd be sharing with one other person. Large kitchen, living room, dining room, two bathrooms, yard area, etc...
