looking for a third potential roommate in a 3 bedroom apartment fall&spring

Hello there!
My roommate and I have signed a lease for a 3 bedroom apartment on 46 church street for fall and spring semesters of 2015-2016 school year and are looking for a potential third roommate for the third bedroom. We are both Juniors and are friendly, neat, and like to party on weekends but take school seriously too-we do not smoke cigarettes. There is a washer/dryer in the place. It is about 700-710 including utilities- really nice place.
