NEED a female for SOUTHSIDE 2 bedroom apt to take over my lease!!!

I am leaving New Paltz at the end of this semester, so i NEED to find a clean, somewhat quiet, respectable, and mature female. I have a roommate who is hardly ever home. It is 2 bedrooms so you will get your own room and the lease is from december until end of july it is 625 a month plus anywhere from 80-100 for cable/wifi. Since it was a year lease there are all new carpets, wood floors and painted walls. Also since it is a year lease we got the apartment unfurnished, so you will need a small dining room table, a couch and whatever else for the living room, along with whatever furniture you want for the bedroom. The closets are LARGE, which is always a plus for a female. I need to know ASAP, but you would not move in until December break! It is cheaper than living on campus and only a couple minute walking distance to school!
