5 bedroom house on mohonk ave (aka the vanden berg hill) the driveway is right next to that triangle on south chestnut  so its a 4 min walk to school and is 1 block from main street
two floors, two full baths, big living room , big kitchen, parking, large lowered deck shared with neighbors(a house full of cool dudes)that faces mostly forest
washer dryer included and a dishwasher thats brand new
electric, wifi and heat not included. (electric is 20 per and wifi 10, not sure about heat yet)

two baby kittens will be living there next semester so i hope you like cats =D meoww

Looking for clean chill person who is down for music art and fun stuff !
