Couple looking for a Summer Sublet

Hi, my boyfriend and I are looking for a 1BR sublet for the summer. I am graduating in May, and he graduated about a year ago. We both work in town and are looking to stick around at least until the end of August. Our current lease is up June 1st, but we're willing to move in during late May as well.

We both are constantly working, so we won't be around too often anyways.
