looking for roommate to share 2 bedroom house!

I'm looking for a roommate to share a small two bedroom house about a mile outside of New Paltz. I'm a SUNY New Paltz student graduating in December, so I'll be working most of the time. I'm looking to live with someone chill and fun, who is interested in living a little ways out, but still biking distance from main st. The kitchen and living rooms are a good size and there's a backyard with a firepit!
The rent would be around $560 a month, for the larger bedroom,  ALL utilities included. Move in would be around January 1st with a 6 month lease.
