Hello. I am renting out my room for the summer from May until the end of August. Rent and duration of stay is negotiable. The room is in a beautiful house that is shared with a gay couple. It is about a mile from campus. You will have your own spacious, furnished room (lots of light and big closet) with a full bathroom. Also, you have full access to the downstairs which includes a kitchen, living room, and furnished deck with a beautiful view. The $725/mo includes utilities (laundry as well). No pets. Sorry
