Hi my name is Mike and I am currently a Jr. in secondary education. Looking for quiet, mature, respectful roommate to share my two bedroom 3rd flr. apt in New Paltz Gardens.  Quiet well kept building.  bedroom is 9'7 x10'11. Apt. already furnished with kitchen table and appliances, as well as couch, lamps, table, etc. Fully carpeted and is less than a year old.  All you would need to furnish is your bedroom.  Walking distance to campus.
Current roommate is leaving in late May, but you can move in as late as mid August if you prefer.
