I have a wonderful house for rent in Tillson, about ten minutes from SUNY New Paltz.  It is a recently renovated one-bedroom house with a large open kitchen dining room and a separate living room.  There is off-street parking and a large fenced in back yard and garden.  It is 1000 per month including garbage service and propane heat (some of the house's heat comes from electric, which is paid be the renter).  There is also possible storage space and pets are negotiable.  It is only 1 block from the bus route to New Paltz or the city.
