need roommate asap!

Hey guys, my name is Amanda and I need 1 more roommate to fill my house! Every person who commits keeps quitting last minute and i'm getting really fed up! The house is almost brand new with beautiful rooms with 2 bedrooms on the top floor (already occupied) and 2 on the bottom floor with each having own bathroom on each floor. There is a large kitchen with a eat in area to the left of it. The kitchen has much counter space with a fridge, dishwasher, gas stove. There is a small basement with a washer and dryer. There is also a large backyard area and a small deck outback. The rent will run from 650 or less depending on how much oil and stuff we use which everything won't be on the bill every month.
