Hey, I'm Steve, im looking for a lease to sign in june/ or august for the year. I'm very clean, don't smoke,  pretty cool person to hang out with. I'm in my last year so I don't really party mostly study . Here is the details for the lease im looking for or month by month base
Looking for: A Room or a House( although for a house I would need roommates assumingly)
Preference: Guy or Girl I don't mind
Money Range: 300-600 w/ or w/o utilities (prefer with utilities)

My name is Amanda. I found a 2 bed room apartment @ Windsor. It's really nice & right up the hill from campus! idk if you would just want to live with a girl though lol, I'm 20 years old & will be transferring to New Paltz in the fall as a Junior. I'm realyy nice and friendly. I'm very respectful , clean & not into crazy partying. I would be looking for the same in a roommate. Also someone who doesn't have any pets & doesn't smoke.
