LOOKING FOR SUMMER/FALL 2012

I do have a place to live in right now, however rent is going up and I have to re-up by February. I'd like to see what is going to be available for the summer/upcoming fall semester. If not available for the summer that is ok. Anyway, I have 3 others interested in finding a place together. However willing to look at bigger or smaller places as well. I have a price range in mind, but willing to look at everything.

I am open to having new room mates. So if anyone who is a transfer looking for a place as well you can email me too. My one stipulation to landlords is that I want to be in close walking range of the school. My email is on here, please get back to me soon. Thanks and look forward to hearing from you all.

Also, all of us have been responsible with our rent, taking care of the house, and managing the bills. We have guys and girls, so neither should feel discounted in contacting us if interested in need of a room mate.
