Hi everyone! I'm a graduate student at SUNY New Paltz who is looking for a studio or 1 bed/1 bath apartment in the area with most or all utilities included. I am specifically looking for a place of my own to share with my boyfriend, so I am not looking for a shared space with roommates. I am very clean, organized, and responsible when it comes to living on my own. My lease at my current residence is up in late July 2022, so I am looking for a move in date around June or July 2022.
