We are looking for 4 respectful, clean, responsible students, looking for housing.  Landlord is local and there is a Property Manager for all potential problems that arise.

The house has all hardwood floors, two full bathrooms, (one with a tub, one with a shower) washer/dryer, dishwasher, each bedroom has its own lock and cable TV hook up, a large living room with skylights, big deck and yard, off street parking, on Main Street, and a very short walk to campus.

All of the bedrooms are $675.00 a month plus shared utilities.  Utilities are approx. $400 a month total on average which includes heat, hot water, propane, electric garbage removal, lawn and snow removal.
