ROOMMATE HAS BEEN FOUND.
DISREGARD THIS POST. THANK YOU!

HOUSE INFO
THE LOFT UPSTAIRS IS AVAILABLE FOR RENT.
YOU WILL BE ROOMING WITH STEVE.
IT WILL BE $425 PER MONTH.
UTILITIES/INTERNET NOT INCLUDED ($50-75 PER MONTH).
WE LIVE 5 MINUTES OFF CAMPUS BY CAR.
LEASE STARTS IN JUNE.

ABOUT THE RESIDENTS
JAMIE · 22 · FEMALE · COMPUTER SCIENCE MAJOR
GREG · 22 · MALE · BUSINESS MAJOR
STEVEN · 19 · MALE · COMPUTER SCIENCE MAJOR
BANDIT · 10ISH · FEMALE · THE HOUSE DOG
YOU · ?? · MALE · ??

There are currently four people residing in the house, three will be moving out. Jamie and Greg (listed above) have already signed their leases for next year. Steve would like to rent the upstairs loft with another roommate which is where you come in! There will be four humans residing in the house, as well as one dog (Bandit). She's very friendly and loving with humans but does not do well with other animals, so we cannot accept any more dogs/cats inside the house. We are all pretty chill. A bit nerdy (which has its perks. We're gonna set up a television and we'll have an Xbox, PS4, Will U, Netflix, etc). Occasionally you might hear us get a bit loud when we're playing games, but there shouldn't be any problems. Greg and Jamie will probably be working out regularly if you'd like us to kick you into shape. We don't mind drinking or having fun, but please do heavy partying outside the house, not inside. We aren't looking to throw any crazy house parties. If it seems like your scene feel free to contact us!

We have a full kitchen that's perfect if you love cooking.

Of course, the bathroom. Every house needs one.

The loft upstairs that Steve wants to rent out. He needs one more roommate. I think majority of the furniture comes with the room (I can double check if needed).
I know you'll at least have the two desks and two chairs that come with the room. Most important thing you need to bring is a mattress.

Bandit. The house dog. She's about 33 pounds. Again, very friendly with people. Not so great with animals.
So make sure you won't mind having her greet you when you come home each day.
