It is a Completely furnished, spacious 2 bedroom apartment for 3 young lady students and comes with all utilities, wifi and cable included and in walking distance to the College.  The beautiful large shared bedroom has a queen bed and full bed.  The smaller bedroom has a queen bed.  The apartment has its own entrance, a dining/study room, and an eat-in kitchen  There is a dishwasher, a large comfy living room, with an upstairs porch, and a full and half bath.  A washer and drier are in the basement.

Enjoy beautiful views of Mohonk from a charming Romeo and Juliet upstairs porch with pagoda roof directly off the living room.  Your helpful and friendly landlords live downstairs along with their cute, 14 year old puppy, Orbi -- who loves everybody.  The porch overlooks a private yard, Koi pond, and veggie garden along with large maples, birds, squirrels, and chipmunks. This is a rare occasion to live in a beautiful B&B and we are going to be picky about who we choose to live here. Must be quiet and serious and keeping it clean is a must.. We do not allow parties and just with the B&B quiet time is at 10:pm.  It will be available in early January 2017.

Absolutely no smoking or candles.. The Airb&b is listed under New Paltz and THE NAME IS Serendipity. This is a beautiful apartment and a privilege to live here through the semester. We are making appoints now.. the house does currently have guest thru the month of December.
