Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

I am going abroad this Spring 2017 semester. I am looking for preferably a female to finish out my lease. It would begin January 2017 and ends July 24th, 2017. My one roommate is a graduate student. The apartment is quiet and my room is pretty big! It would come furnished if that is something the renter wants.
