Our lease is only 9- months, & you don't have to pay for the months that you are not here. The house is fully furnished & it's 10 min. Walk to the campus. There is no need for you to buy or bring your own furniture, except yourself & your personal belongings.you will have your own bedroom & share the rest of the house. This is a 2- story Victorian, with 2- lg. Bathrooms, sunroom, large dining area, equipped kitchen, free washer& dryer, recessed lighting,Sky- lights, ceiling fans with lights, &  a lg. &.
