Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Hey my name is Afisha and 22 years old. I still have three semesters left at New Paltz. Very respectful and understanding.
I live in Southside apartments which is a 10 min work to campus. I am looking for one female roommate that is respectable, I am not a throw parties kind of girl but I definitely like to chill with friends and have a good time. All I ask for is respect, I don't touch anything without permission and I would like for that in return.
Rent is $462 per payment ($2310 per semester), you are allow to pay rent using financial aid or loans money. Yes it is a one bedroom but one bedrooms are cheaper and fully furnished in Southside apartments, however I will be taking the living room and the bedroom is available to the new roommate. I don't usually do yearly lease I only stay for the semesters and go down on breaks but, the apartments are accessible to stay in throughout the whole year prices are different and can be explained.
Pets are allowed but that means pet security. I am pet friendly.
Also smoke friendly.
