Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

There's a house of 8 with an available room this coming January for just $580/month. I will be going away to study abroad, so I need someone to take over my lease. The landlord's name is Daniel. He's really chill and there when you need him. He'll work with your student loans/financial aid if need be, so payments are not an issue whatsoever. As said, the house is right across the street from LeFevre Hall and the tennis courts, so you don't need a car. This house is closer to the academic buildings than some of the newer dorms; you can basically see the SUB from the front door.
