There is a room opening up in a 5 bedroom home right across the street from school at 8 orchard lane $575 a month (not including utilities)

The room is carpeted, very spacious with a built in mirrored closet and large windows. the room will come furnished with a twin sized bed, clothes rack, desk and mini fridge
The house will have 4 other girls living there, all seniors who like to have fun but also get down to do work

the house has 2 full sized bathroom, a spacious kitchen with a new stove(theres also a microwave/toaster/blender),washer/dryer a dining room and spacious living room with a fireplace! The backyard has a full sized grill, a fire pit and a tire swing perfect for when spring comes around! The house has a 4 car driveway, and is only a 4 minute walk to jft/humanities, and a 5 minute walk to convenient/main street

this house is perfect for transfers or students returning from studying abroad, you won't have to worry about bad landlords the current landlord is very attentive, helpful and understanding.
