Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Looking to sublet my room in New Paltz from December through August of 2015. The room is in a 6 bedroom, 3 bath house. It is downstairs and has it's own door to the back lot and a downstairs bathroom. My rent is $600 a month but am willing to give the last month of December away as a courtesy and charge $500 for the month of January as an added bonus. There is a nice big drive way and it is within walking distance of town and the Suny New Paltz Campus.
