Hello!
My name is Paul, and I will be arriving at SUNY New Paltz as a transfer student at the beginning of the 2013 fall semester. I'm hoping to find a place that is relatively close to campus. (around 10 minutes walking distance). I'm also trying stay within the $600 or lower price range for the rent. (with utilities included)
If I were to describe myself, I can say that I'm an easygoing person who can clean up after himself. You wont have to worry about random house parties, or any other inconsiderate stunts that a bad roommate might pull. I'm just a a guy trying to do well away from home.
I'm also very easy to get along with because I can adapt to almost anyone's personality. I always try to learn about someone beforehand, so I can know what to do and what not to do around them. I try to stay as considerate as possible!
Overall, my only necessity for the housing is that it must be close to the schools campus. Other than that, anything else can be discussed with me via email (pchoi329@gmail.com), or Facebook messaging. (My name is Paul Choi (Shin-Chan) on Facebook) Feel free to shoot me a message if you're interested! Thanks!
