Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Hey my names Alex and I just tranferred to SUNY and am a Digital Media Production major.  I am a 27 yr old male.  My apartment is the bottom floor of a house and I have an extra room available.  The room is 8x10- it fits a full size bed, dresser, and end table pretty well and it has a standard sized closet.  The apartment is on station road in New Paltz and is a five minute drive to town or campus.  I have a small Jack Russell Terrier named Ringo that can be shy at first but is pretty chill when he gets to know you.  He has a Napolean Complex, however, so if you have a bigger dog he wouldn't be down with that- smaller dogs are welcome though and I dont think I trust him with a cat because he's never interacted with one before..  There is a fairly big dog pen attached to the house which I personally find useful.  The apartment itself is spacious and the common areas are fully furnished with two couches, one of which folds out into a guest bed, and I have a piano here.  There is storage available but is kind of limited.  The upstairs neighbor is a nice older lady who is rarely home.  The one downside is that the groundwater used in the shower smells because of the high sulfur content but I am working on fixing that.  Also, there is no dishwasher or laundry machines.  As for me I am very easy to get along with and would appreciate somebody that is the same and I spend most of my time playing/listening to music, playing video games, and love to snowboard.  The rent is $560.00 a month including all utilities and Time Warner Cable with high speed internet and HBO.  If you are interested in the room please email me at alexprawdzik@gmail.com so we can arrange for you to come see it.  This is a pretty sweet pad.
