Room for Rent in a 3 bedroom NON-PARTY and NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPING house. Smoking inside the house is not allowed, but smoking outside is ok. The house is a duplex and each apartment has 3 bedrooms. There will be 3 people living in each apartment. There are a few different rooms available.

The house is 3/4 mile from the Mobil downtown and 1.5 miles from SUNY New Paltz.

Utilities are extra and based on usage. They cost an average of $75-$150 per month per person.

The common area and bedrooms are furnished with everything you need except a bed. Included in the bedroom is a dresser, rug, nightstand, desk/chair, garbage, window shade and lamp. We ask that you don't bring more furniture, except a bed because the house is fully furnished.  Washer and dryer included for free. There is a communal back yard with table/chairs and brick patio for all tenants to enjoy.

This house is pet friendly to cats and dogs. One pet is allowed per unit and a separate pet rental agreement applies to each pet. There is a non-refundable $1000 Pet Security Deposit, which is used for detail cleaning and painting when you move out. There is a pet rent fee of $50/month.
