Room for Rent in a 3 bedroom NON-PARTY and NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPING house. Smoking inside the house is not allowed, but smoking outside is ok. The house is a duplex and each apartment has 3 bedrooms. There will be 3 people living in each apartment.

The house is 3/4 mile from the Mobil downtown and 1.5 miles from SUNY New Paltz.

Utilities are extra and based on usage. They cost an average of $75-$150 per month per person.

The common area and bedrooms are furnished with everything you need except a bed. Included in the bedroom is a dresser, rug, nightstand, desk/chair, garbage, window shade and lamp. We ask that you don't bring more furniture, except a bed because the house is fully furnished.  Washer and dryer included for free. There is a communal back yard with table/chairs and brick patio for all tenants to enjoy.

You are not allowed to bring furniture because the house is fully furnished (except a bed).
