Hey guys, my name's Anthony, I'm an art student. I have been looking at a great 2-bedroom apartment on Church Street; rent is $1300/month for both bedrooms (so $650 each), plus utilities. I can't sign the lease myself because I can't pay for both of the bedrooms. I am very respectful and easy to get along with; I don't smoke and partying is not a priority of mine.
