Hi,

You can bring your cat or your dog, (or not), but it's only for the summer.  Starts mid May
so if you are living in the dorms you could move right in when they close.

If you're still interested, read on.  It's a beautiful house.  If not, good luck with your housing search.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.  Renting by the room or whole house.
The kitchen has all working appliances plus a dishwasher.  There's a washer/dryer for the house. 
There's a brick walled dining room.  A huge sunny living room with a fireplace.
Out back is a big yard, with a fire pit, a tire swing, and a hammock. There's a patio with furniture and a gas grill.

It's a happy house with lots of windows and light.

The address is 8 Orchard Lane.  1/2 block to campus.

Beautiful 5 bedroom 2-story house is across from campus at 84 South Manheim.  Three bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi.  Big family room, big living room, screened in porch.  Large kitchen with pantry. Dishwasher, washer/dryer. 3 car garage. Country feel backyard with gas-grill and table and chairs.
Lease is from July 1st to May 31st (or longer).  Rent is $495 plus utilities.  Efficient house so utilities are reasonable.  Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
